The kitchen is fashioned in the traditional hacienda style with colorful local mosaic tiles. The pantry, half bathroom and laundry area are also on this level and accessed shortly before one goes up the stairs to the bedrooms.

The second level has a primary bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the interior courtyard, gas fireplace, and an en suite artistically tiled bathroom with two sinks, tub and shower.
