Upon entering you immediately experience the old world colonial grander this property exudes. On the ground floor level, spread out over the 1,067 m2 of land, you will pass six ensuite rooms separated by three courtyard gardens.

The kitchen and office are also on this level. The kitchen serviced the hotel clients but at one time was also used by a restaurant open to the general public.

The rear courtyard is large enough to easily add an additional six suites.

On the next level up there are nine ensuite units with most having private terraces as well as fireplaces.

It is perfectly located on Calle Quebrada making it an easy five minute walk to the Jarden or to the many restaurants and shops on the Ancha de San Antonio.
